Mohammed’s expertise lies in designing and delivering successful training courses in a variety of fields, encompassing regulatory training, marketing, sales, customer service, leadership development and other soft skills. As an innovative thinker, Mohammed has recently created a training idea known as Training Gate, a dynamic project soon to be launched in the Saudi market.
Mohammed has more than eleven years of experience in the banking sector, operating as a senior trainer in Talent Resourcing and Development (accumulating over 3000 training hours). Mohammed has also experience in talent management activities, such as Training Needs Analyses to ensure the right training solutions are selected to meet individual and department needs. Additionally he has participated in the Branch network restructuring project for the NCB retail sector, and trained the team members of the Next Generation project for new infrastructure in NCB. Mohammed leads the trainers’ team during the Rowad AlAhli programs for future leaders in NCB.
Mohammed is passionate about learning and development, having earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Human Resources Management. As a caring father of three, he feels privileged to be able to apply himself both to the field of training and development and to a warm family life, easily juggling his host of commitments.
