Andrew Deller

Andrew is an experienced leadership development consultant who works with organisations to develop leadership capability in order to enable sustained business success. He is known for his direct, pragmatic and quality-driven approach and he brings both focus and humour into his work. He also brings his passion for self awareness and choice to life amongst the leaders and managers he works with. Previously, Andrew worked for many years in the global retail and corporate banking in Europe and Africa, where his roles included leading a team of 80 across 12 countries in Africa to deliver exceptional service to 7000 employees. More recently a year of living in Saudi Arabia has sparked Andrew’s enthusiasm for the Middle East where he now regularly travels for work and leisure.

Andrew is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a qualified executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching. In his spare time, he has recently completed the design and build of an energy-neutral house built to Passivhaus principles. A project as exhausting as it was exhilarating!
