Ayman Mahana

Ayman’s expertise is in the areas of Leadership Development, Strategy Design, Organization development, Change management where he mixes his extensive corporate experience with his skills as a consultant and facilitator in developing better organizations and people.  He is known for innovation, creativity and desire to leave a legacy wherever he goes. He works as a true business partner with the different organisations to ensure delivery of what really matters.

Ayman is passionate about helping organizations and people achieve their full potential. Ayman’s metaphor is being a water fountain where everyone could get something out of it. Having worked in different industries across different continents, Ayman brings a wealth of experiences. He has held senior HR roles in multinational and regional organizations including Barclays, BNP Paribas and HSBC. During his corporate career, he led a number of significant change efforts and programs in both growth and reconciliation phases of organizations.

Ayman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State University and is a Certified MBTI Practitioner, Certified LEGO Serious Play Facilitator, and Certified Assessor from ad&c.

Outside work, Ayman enjoys artistic and creative activities. He writes Arabic poetry and is a vivid reader of literature. He is currently enjoying learning sketching and basic drawing. Ayman loves travelling and has visited more than 25 countries and is committed to double this number in the coming 5 years!  He has two daughters and one son and they are his best friends.
