Jacqui has 25 years corporate experience and held senior positions with Federal Express, ODI (USA & Europe) and British Telecommunications. At BT she led fast moving expansion initiatives including development and delivery of employment strategies to reduce attrition, leadership and Management Development, assessment and Development Centres and Communication strategies with an internal and external focus. She is a qualified executive coach, accredited in Emotional Intelligence, Hogan, Team Alchemy (Master Facilitator), Team Management Systems and a member of the EMCC. Outside of work, Jacqui has a busy social life and is involved in local community projects sharing her business experience with local charities.
