Simon Westwood

Simon devises and delivers leadership programmes in a wide range of industries, in both public and private sector as well as coaching at all levels from shop floor to boardroom all over the world. He brings a straightforward and pragmatic focus to his work and is clear and direct with a relaxed, warm and humorous style.  He is very committed to increasing people’s self-awareness and supports them to develop new insight and skills, which they can utilize in a very immediate and practical way.

Simon worked in the Insurance industry after leaving college. He then trained as a professional actor and after a successful 10 year career, he moved back into the corporate sector to bring his behavioural impact expertise to a business audience. Simon is an accredited facilitator in SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) as well as an ILM qualified executive coach.

From a personal perspective, Simon enjoys travelling to new places, good food and a glass of good red wine at the end of busy day. He is passionate about cricket (both playing and watching) and is ‘blessed’ with an infuriatingly inconsistent golf game.
