Steve Baker

Steve is a passionate leadership consultant and facilitator who brings a practical and pragmatic approach to helping others develop their leadership capability. Described by his clients as a valued partner and strategic guide, Steve is noted for his humour, energy and ability to quickly engage an audience as well as the strength to challenge the status quo.

Passionate about working with leaders and their teams, Steve is skilled at helping his clients deliver improved performance in themselves, solve challenging problems and develop more motivated teams.  Previously Steve spent 12 years working in Financial Services in the UK and Australia, leading large teams in Operations as well as working as an accredited Lean Six Sigma practitioner, trainer and coach.

Steve is accredited as an Executive Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, is trained in LSI and HBDI, and holds a Post graduate Certificate in Coaching and Development.

In his spare time (what’s left after his family have finished with him!) Steve likes to brew the occasional batch of IPA.
