Alison’s expertise is in developing authentic leaders with strong personal impact and resilience, who can flex their style to get the best out of their teams. She is known for her energy, empathy, challenge and pragmatism with an ability to facilitate rapid and significant behavioural change drawing on the latest insights from the field of neuroscience. She brings a wealth of commercial experience to her work, having held senior Human Resources roles at Goldman Sachs and other organisations in the global financial services sector.
Alison is committed to creating a working world where each person’s contribution is respected and leveraged for organisational success. She founded and co-chaired The Inclusive Leadership Network and has also has worked extensively helping women across the world advance their careers, including delivering ‘Women In Leadership’ initiatives in Saudi Arabia. She is an accredited executive coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a member of the Neuroleadership Institute.
With three boys in the family, Alison spends her weekends at the sidelines of a rugby or football pitch. She also enjoys travelling and her adventures take her to fascinating places all over the world.
