Farah specialises in the areas of authentic leadership, mindfulness and resilience. She coaches individuals who are seeking to bring their authentic self to the forefront of their career. Farah combines her professional background with her mindfulness practice and is committed to bringing mindfulness into the workplace to benefit individuals, teams, organisations and their clients. She has a calm questioning style that is both challenging and supportive and is inspired by unlocking the brilliance and the best in each of us.
Farah’s corporate experience includes extensive human resources and change management experience with global firms, such as Goldman Sachs, BlackRock and local government. Having had the courage to walk away from a successful corporate career, she is now studying for a Master’s in Mindfulness-Based Approaches at Bangor University. Additionally, she is a qualified coach, a European Quality Award Practitioner and Member of European Mentoring & Coaching Council (the EMCC). Alongside her work, Farah is the founder of the Step-Parent Network, a community of step-parents who provide support and inspiration for each other. Additionally, she loves beach holidays and listening to late-1980’s pop music makes her very happy!
