Jacqueline Heron
Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant and … part-time Scottish islander
Jacqueline’s approach to coaching and consulting comes from insights gained from her significant commercial experience across leadership roles in the global risk and human capital consulting firms, Mercer and Aon. As a coach and consultant she has developed specific expertise around ethical resilience. She helps clients develop strategies to bring their resilient self to work, guiding leaders to understand their authentic ‘tone from the top’ and its impact. Clients say Jacqueline’s style is pragmatic, yet strong on empathy. She helps clients reach their own “aha” moment, leading to real business results; a career highlight would be the transformation of an underperforming high profile regulatory project into “best in class” in the industry, by creating a driven, energetic team.
Jacqueline is a qualified executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching, an accredited Lumina Spark practitioner, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She also provides pro bono support to the Helena Kennedy Foundation and mentors women with the Aspire Foundation. She is a warm and caring mother of two, and enjoys both London life (with her love of theatre) and time spent on a tranquil Scottish island.
