Jonathan Forrest helps organisations develop their leadership capability. He is known for a lively, insightful approach to leadership and he passionately believes that if leaders did more coaching and more feedback, they would solve all their people issues. Jonathan has a business background with extensive corporate experience running leadership development functions for organisations such as Goldman Sachs, NatWest and Logica. At Goldman, he was part of the prestigious “Pine Street” top talent development team and he built the pioneering in-house leadership development programme that continues to be core to the leadership development framework today. Additionally, he has co-authored a book called ‘Keep Calm and Carry On’ – to help readers understand how to choose their emotions and change their attitudes.
Jonathan is a qualified executive coach, a Member of the Association for Coaching, an Associate of the CIPD and is an accredited assessor and coach in a variety of leadership assessment instruments. He is also one of the associate faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership. Jonathan trained as an opera singer and has many years of stage and concert platform experience. He continues to perform to this day.
